Chopped Fiber Spraying Machine
設備特征:1新一代增壓樹脂泵動力依然是壓縮空氣,适用(yòng)于易燃易爆場(chǎng)所。2改進了(le)換向機構,使之靈活、耐用(yòng)、易損件少、延長(cháng)了(le)維修周期。3配有儲能裝置,工作時(shí)壓力平穩,脈動小,流量可(kě)調,霧化(huà)均勻。4輸出量大(dà)小可(kě)調節的(de)切割器根據要求可(kě)把纖維切成10-50mm。
設備用(yòng)途:替代手工糊制玻璃鋼。适用(yòng)于玻璃鋼儲罐、衛浴、雙壁罐、平闆、冷(lěng)卻塔、水(shuǐ)箱、風力發電葉片、汽車部件、管道内襯等産品的(de)制作。

Features:
1. The new generation resin pump takes compressed air as power, which is available for combustible and explosive area.
2. The modified reversing gear makes it more flexible and durable, reduces the vulnerable part, and extends the maintenance interval.
3. It is equipped with energy-accumulation system, and so it works with stable pressure and small fluctuation. In addition, the flow could be adjusted and the atomization is more even.
4. The cutting machine can chop the fiber into 10 to 50mm as required.
Application:
It can be used to replace the hand lay-up, manufacturing FRP tank, bathroom accessory, double wall tank, flat panel, cooling tower, water tank, blade for wind power, auto parts, pipe liner and so on.
